  • working as a tax advisor for a specialised tax and law firm in Munich from 2018 to 2022 and
  • having his own tax firm since 2018 with focus on financial statements and joining our partnership in 2022

Juergen Wiedemann ​

Summary

Due to his extensive experience with multinationals, Juergen focusses on any income tax question, starting with tax compliance and group reporting, ending with transfer pricing and Pillar II. Part of his expertise is transferring tax rules into tax processes and IT applications. Additionally, Juergen specializes on double tax treaty and exit tax questions.

  • working as a tax assistant for a leading tax and audit firm as well as a worldwide operating corporation in Munich from 2011 to 2015
  • working as a Manager for a Big Four Firm from 2015 to 2017 in Munich and from 2017 to 2018 in London
  • having his own tax firm since April 2018 with focus on Multinationals and joining our partnership in 2022

Benjamin Wagner

Summary

Benjamin mainly advises on tax aspects of business reorganisations and transactions – both national and international. He focuses on the implementation of holding structures for operating entities and real estate. Further, Benjamin has expertise in tax planning of business and asset successions.

  • working as a tax advisor with focus on international taxation for a multinational media group near Munich from 2022 to 2023
